Kiyunet Technology provides professional website designing, development, and digital solutions tailored to your business needs. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our services and form a binding agreement between you ("Client") and Kiyunet Technology.
Kiyunet Technology does not provide placement, outsourcing, or contractor hiring services. Our services are limited to website design, development, maintenance, and related digital services as agreed in the project proposal or contract.
The Client is responsible for providing accurate project requirements, timely feedback, and necessary materials to enable Kiyunet Technology to deliver the agreed services efficiently.
All intellectual property rights for materials created by Kiyunet Technology for the Client will be transferred to the Client upon full payment. The Client retains ownership of all original content and materials provided to Kiyunet Technology.
Payment terms, including fees, schedules, and methods, will be outlined in the project proposal or invoice. Payments must be made promptly as agreed. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This includes business data, designs, and technical information.
Kiyunet Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the delivered services or products.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term and fails to remedy it within 14 days. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Kiyunet Technology operates.
